BDL Ball Bearing clutch basket
Fits 1998 to 2006 Big Twin

Our NEW pressure plate uses 42-5/32" steel ball bearings.

FOR LARGER ENGINES, CARBIDEBALLS MAY BE NEEDED.

BDL Ball Bearing chain drive assembly

Install clutch basket on to transmission mainshaft, install 1-120" steel in first then alternate fiber, steel and ending with fiber.
(Clutch pack is 1-120" steel, 7-.078" steel and 7 fibers)

Place diagram over ball bearings on pressure plate, plate retainer with beveled side down over diaphram and install the 4 sholder bolts through retainer into clutch hub. Be sure that the bolt holes in retainer line up with the rounded holes in diaphram for proper fitment.

Adjust clutch as usual with special adjustment screw supplied with kit.
