BEFORE INSTALLING THE INSERT, BE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT REQUIRE AN OFFSET FRONT PULLEY FOR A WIDE TIRE, OFFSET TRANSMISSION APPLICATION. THIS PULLEY CAN BE USED FOR AN OFFSET APPLICATION WITH THE PROPER INSERT. OFFSET INSERT KITS ARE AVAILABLE FROM ¼” TO 2” |

1. Place insert into pulley as shown.
2. Using a drift punch or press, install the 3¼” roll pins into the 3 unthreaded smaller holes
on the insert from the top side of pulley.
3. From the inside, install and loctite bolts and washers so that they are secure.
4. Install front pulley assembly in accordance with installation instructions supplied with belt drive.
